Privacy Policy

Our Approach to Privacy
We designed CustomerSuccess.guide with privacy as a default, not an afterthought. Our tools are built to give you immediate value without requiring you to hand over personal data in return.
This policy explains what minimal data we do handle and why, so you can use our tools with confidence.
What Data We Collect
We do not collect personal data in the traditional sense. Here is what does happen when you use our tools:
- Tool inputs — The text you submit (e.g. an email draft or objection) is sent to an AI API for processing and returned to you. This content is not permanently stored by us.
- No user accounts — We do not require sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
- No cookies or tracking pixels — We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.
Rate Limiting
To keep the service free and available for everyone, we apply rate limits on API usage. This is implemented via Upstash Redis and uses a token derived from your IP address. IP-based tokens are ephemeral — they expire automatically and are not stored long-term or linked to any personal profile.
Third-Party Services
When you use a tool, your input is processed by a third-party AI provider:
- OpenRouter — We route AI requests through OpenRouter, which forwards them to underlying language model providers. Please review OpenRouter's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle API request data.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.
Analytics
We do not currently use any third-party analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics). If this changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
What to Avoid Submitting
Even though we do not store your inputs, please exercise caution about what you submit to any AI tool:
- Do not submit sensitive personal data about your customers or colleagues
- Do not submit confidential business information you are not authorized to share
- Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or financial account details
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
